Coachella 2025 Luxury Rental Campaign for The Maimon Group

The goal of this project was to increase luxury rental bookings for Maimon Group’s high-end properties during Coachella by crafting an aspirational social media campaign and landing page that captured the exclusivity, indulgence, and effortless luxury of staying in a private desert oasis.

Objective

The social media campaign was designed to drive awareness, desirability, and urgency around Maimon’s luxury rentals, positioning them as the ultimate Coachella retreat. Through a mix of cinematic lifestyle content, and AI-enhanced storytelling, the campaign aimed to:

• Increase bookings by showcasing Maimon’s properties as exclusive, high-touch accommodations for festival-goers.


• Target affluent, experience-driven travelers, particularly women aged 20-30s seeking a seamless, VIP-worthy stay.


• Elevate brand perception by blending festival energy with Maimon’s sophisticated, high-end hospitality experience.
