True design is compassionate. It listens to the voice of our audiences and finds ways to establish a human connection through empathy. True design allows us to come up with novel solutions to vexing problems with our audiences in mind.

By applying Design Thinking methodologies, I am able to tackle vexing problems, and reframe the problem in human-centric ways, creating novel solutions through brainstorming techniques, while adopting a hands-on approach to ideation, prototyping and testing.

My rigorous training and understanding of Human Machine Interaction and User Experience Design has allowed me to help companies to connect to their core DNA by pushing boundaries, re-imagining the human connection, striving to use digital and marketing platforms to communicate compelling and memorable, engaging experiences.
